Majestic Las Vegas will be located on over six-acres, which was formally occupied by the Clarion Hotel. Construction of this resort is scheduled to start in May 2020. This extensive $850 million dollar, 620-foot-tall contemporary architectural resort will be the first of its kind. The resort is being developed by Lorenzo Doumani and designed by renowned architect Paul Steelman. It will offer the perfect combination of sophistication, luxury, and prime location.
The resort will be conveniently located directly across from the all-new Las Vegas Convention Center. Therefore, it will be just two blocks from the Las Vegas Strip. The Majestic Las Vegas Spa will be unlike any other. It will be serving as a state-of-the-art medical and wellness destination. This four-level, 70,000 square foot world-class fitness, nutrition, and med spa facility will offer a variety of body treatments. There will also be activities, such as yoga and spinning, and personal nutritionists. In fact, there will even be comprehensive executive physicals all under one roof.
Sky Suites
The real crown jewel of the Majestic Las Vegas is the Corporate Sky Suites. The Sky Suites will be located on levels 51 to 60 of the 620-foot-tall resort. They will be offered in ¼ floor, ½ floor, or entire floor options with up to 25,000 square feet of customizable space. The suites will feature 16-foot-high ceilings, spectacular panoramic views of the Las Vegas skyline. You will even have access to a private Concierge, all Majestic amenities, and permanent presence with marquee signage.
