WALT Wines has announced a brand new tasting room located in the heart of Napa Valley. Guests will get to experience 1,000 Miles of Pinot Noir in this hip, new location. Tastings range from a current release to decadent chocolate and wine pairings. Each of the WALT wines are perfectly paired with bites from Michelin-rated Chef Ken Frank of La Toque restaurant.

Located in the Oxbow District of downtown Napa, WALT Wines opened a new tasting room packed full of awesome flavor this past fall. Open daily from 11 am – 6 pm, guests get to experience 1,000 Miles of Pinot in a new location and through new experiences. Each of the WALT Wines has a distinct flavor profile accompanied by perfectly paired bites from Michelin-rated Chef Ken Frank of Napa restaurant La Toque. This new location marks the second tasting room location for WALT General Manager, Jeff Zappelli and Wine Maker Megan Gunderson Paredes.
Walt Wines ROOT 101
Root 101 is a premier food and wine pairing experience that offers guests an educational opportunity to learn about food and wine pairings with a personal wine educator in a private glass studio room. Root 101 also includes six single-vineyard Pinots paired with a selection of seasonal small bites. Root 101 is available through reservations daily at 11 am and 1 pm for $60 ($40 for wine club members).
Current Release Tasting
At $30 a person (complimentary for wine club members), guests will taste five of WALT’s latest selections of Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays.
Portfolio Tasting
At $30 a person (complimentary for wine club members), guests will have access to each of the award-winning Hall Family Wines’ brands. Guests will enjoy Pinot Noir from WALT, Cabernet Sauvignon from HALL and Zinfandel from BACA.
Wine & Chocolate Pairing
At $50 a person ($30 for wine club members), guests will indulge in six Pinot Noir wine tastings paired with Kollar Chocolates, a luxury chocolatier based in Yountville, CA. WALT Wines teamed up with chocolatier Chris Kollar to match the tasting notes of the wines with artisanal chocolate confections to deliver a decadent experience.
